Dr Pat is a Consultant Educational Psychologist and a Specialist in Education, and has led the professional team at the Mico Child Assessment and Research in Education Centre in Jamaica and the Caribbean – the Mico CARE Centre. She founded the first Christian School in Jamaica. Since then, many schools and educational institutions use the model Christian Education Curriculum. Former Associate Professor, Dr Pat lectured for many years at the Oral Roberts University in the Graduate Education Department.
